- Quotations will be guided by the nature of booking as to the services to be rendered, the prices are in ZAR (South African Rand), and the quote can remain valid for a period of 30 days, upon confirmation of the booking, a deposit of 20% will be paid in 7 days to our Standard Bank Account, the remaining balance have to be paid 6 weeks before arrival,, the account no will be given when the quote is approved by the client.
- All cancellations and changes to bookings must be made in writing.
- Payment can be made via EFT into the Standard bank account.
- SRS cancellation policy is that 30 days or more is a 100% refund, 21 days or more is a 75% refund, 14 days or more is a 50% refund, 7 days or more is a 25% refund, and less than 7 days is 0%.
- Force majeure, when both parties that are SRS and the Client can not honour their obligation in the contract due to the Force Majeure, legal opinion will be sought by SRS to resolve the impasse.
- Travel insurance maintenance is the responsibility of the client to cover personal health, property or death., and travel documents must be secured by the client and ensure their correctness and validity.
- Clients travelling with children must comply with the requirements of the destination country.
- SRS has a passenger liability for incidents or accidents that can happen on tours to cover injuries or part of the cost of death.
